Shipping and Returns

Delivery: Standard delivery using Australia Post is $15 per order.  Delivery is FREE for orders over $75.  Express Post is $25 per order.  Postage to New Zealand is $30 per order.

Your order will be despatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been despatched.

Returns:  We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. 

If you would like to return an item, please email us on info@hunthomewares.com.au with your invoice number, item you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a return number which should be included when you return the product.  All returns must have a return number. 

The return should be in the original condition you received it (with tags attached & original packaging).

All postage & insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Hunt Homewares are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

For Hygienic reasons there will be no return or exchange on earrings.

We will notify you via email if you are eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. Please let us know what your preference will be on the returned item.

If it is an exchange we will ship your exchange back to you at our cost.

Please note that we will aim to process your exchange, credit note or refund as efficiently as possible, postage & banks can take up to 3-5 working days.

Once it has been processed you will receive an email notification.

We do not offer any exchanges, credit notes or refunds on used, damaged after delivery or lost products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
